The 30 minute onboarding call is included with every kit to walk you through DIY setup. For retailers who prefer hands on installation, RSG technicians are available onsite at a flat $1,995 per location.

Frequently Asked
A few things retailers ask before ordering.
Does this require POS integration?
No. V-Prime runs standalone for inventory counting. After a count, you reconcile results against your existing POS, whether Shopify, Square, Lightspeed, or any other system you run. POS integration is on the roadmap but not required for a working RFID inventory program.
How is V-Prime licensed?
One V-Prime license covers one end customer account, with up to 50 stores under it. The Starter Kit includes year 1. Annual renewal is $2,995/year regardless of how many stores you operate (within the 50 store cap). Retailers above 50 stores work with our enterprise team.
Can I add more hardware later?
Yes. Additional handhelds, additional printers, and label reorders ship from RSG and connect to your existing V-Prime account. There's no per device licensing. All your hardware reports into one account.
What if I have more than one store?
The Starter Kit is sized for a single store. Retailers running 2 to 50 stores work directly with RSG on a multi store quote, with hardware scaled to the rollout and one V-Prime account covering the chain. Request a multi store consultation. Above 50 stores, our enterprise team scopes a custom program.
