How RSG handles your information

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, store count, and the details of your message. When you call or email, we receive what you share with us.
• Order information. When you place an order, checkout runs on shop.rfidinventorytags.com and is operated by Shopify. We receive your order details and shipping address. Your card number goes to Shopify's payment system, not to RSG; we never see or store it.
• Basic technical logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
• Nothing else. This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics scripts. We do not build marketing profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare your quote, or process and ship your order.
• To provide support for hardware and indexRFID software you purchase from RSG.
• To send service related email about your order or account.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Service providers

A small number of service providers help run this site, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
• Shopify runs the checkout at shop.rfidinventorytags.com and processes card payments. Shopify receives your order, shipping, and payment details and handles them under its own privacy policy.
• Resend delivers form submissions to RSG by email.
• Typefaces are served directly from this site. No font request is sent to Google or any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, ask us and we will take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@rfidinventorytags.com or call 1-888-909-8247 during U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 ET.

Children

This site sells retail systems to businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
