How RSG handles your information

This site is operated by Retail Security Group Inc., 6720 East Rogers Circle, Boca Raton, FL 33487. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what RSG does with it.

Effective June 9, 2026.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, store count, and the details of your message or reservation. When you call or email, we receive what you share with us.
Basic technical logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
Nothing else. This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics scripts. We do not build marketing profiles of visitors.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare your quote, or process your reservation or order.
To provide support for hardware and V-Prime software you purchase from RSG.
To send service related email about your order or account.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Service providers

A small number of service providers help run this site, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:

Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
Resend delivers form submissions to RSG by email.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. When your browser loads a font, your IP address is shared with Google as part of that request.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, ask us and we will take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@rfidinventorytags.com or call 1-888-909-8247 during U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 ET.

Children

This site sells retail systems to businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
