Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping

• Nationwide flat rate. Orders ship from our Boca Raton, Florida facility to all 50 U.S. states at one flat rate based on order size: $149.00 for kit orders, $39.95 for printer orders, $19.95 for label and small hardware orders. The rate is applied automatically at checkout.
• Tracking on every shipment. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. For questions about a shipment, call 1-888-909-8247.
• Payment capture. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships.

Returns

• 30 day window. You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, call 1-888-909-8247 or email us through the contact page and we will issue a return authorization and the return address.
• Unopened hardware in its original packaging is refunded in full.
• Opened hardware is subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
• RFID label packs are refundable only if unopened. Encoded or partially used label packs cannot be returned.
• Onsite setup is refunded in full if the visit has not yet been scheduled or performed.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend insuring the shipment.
• Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Warranty

All hardware sold by Retail Security Group carries a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, supported by RSG in the U.S. If a covered device fails under normal use, RSG will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse. To make a warranty claim, call 1-888-909-8247.
